Summary

Had kdl-52W4000 for 5days and we're very very pleased with it. Local shop matched the best price we'd seen on the web including quality gold HDMI cable, lovely brushed silver and black glass corner stand and 5 years Sony warranty. It's set up well straight out of the box but with a bit of tweaking for personal viewing preference it's now even better. Picture's fab, sound excellent, Oozes quality and presence - and that was SD, before getting SkyHD today. Now it's simply stunning. No motion blur to seriously speak of watching sport. Photos from Flash Drive are mind blowingly well displayed through USB on side of set. It's a shame it doesn't recognise/play mpeg video clips from digital camera that are on the same flash drive through the usb too. Oh well you can't have it all. The 52W4000 might not please 'fiddlers' who like meddling with settings though cos no white balance adjustment. But I have to say colour is so well set up with the bravia engine 2 that it's not going to be missed by
