All in all, the Samsung LE32M87BDX has a very good picture quality. I would definitely buy this product again, and from PRC it was good value for money, and a very good grantee.

What are the strengths?

Prc was true to their word, about the product. The service which I received from them was second to none. The lady (Hayley) that dealt with me was very professional.
I had orginally contacted them a couple a months ago and spoke with another person, but by the time I had decided to get the product she had left.

I was given the same price which was quoted, and also advised about the various options I had for delivery.
I received the product on the date I was promised. Thanks again for such a wounderful service.

What are the weaknesses?

I could not get all my terrestrial channels when using the freeview on the television. I will have to change my aerial.

I like it a lot, but if I didn't have a surround sound system I would be bothered (But this may just be my set) about the reverbaration of heavy base.
It makes a wicked PC monitor too!
The picture quality is one of the best around that I have seen and the contrast is stupidly high. GREAT

Really good picture quality on the whole
Lots of inputs
Freeview is quick and the guide is Ok - once you have put it into the correct order, i.e. bbc1 bbc2 bbc3 etc. but it also keeps the right channels if you type them in which is also good for users that don't like a logical layout

What are the weaknesses?

The sound on this TV is very poor once it is over 50 % very bad distortion, although this cmay just be my set.
The sound is worse when the Surround sound system is activated.
This distortion is caused by base not treble as far as I can see(or should I say hear) i.e if there is an explosion on the movie your watching it sounds terrible.This isn't to much of a problme for me though, because I have a wicked surrond sound sytem if it comes down to it.
Although the picture is pretty much spot on there is sometimes an edge around the main moving characters in teh scene (this is literally just the pixels around the subject) that is almost as if they have a little sheild around them - weird but not noticeable the majority of the time
If you get the chance to view it in a store first check it out. It really isn't bad unless your as pickey as me
