Your company has been by far the best in everything from ordering through to delivery. I have no problems in recommending JIB to any of my friends. | Overall rating | | | Comments | Alan at Jack in the Box very helpful in sorting out abysmal deleivery service from Citylink. Hopefully they will change couriers. He called back when he said he would - if only to keep us updated - and is pursuing refund and compensation claim for us with Citylink.
Based on his 'customer support' I would use them again, but probably only if they change their courier service. |

Only minor grumble was that I was not contacted to advise when delivery was due to take place, however when chasing for a delivery date customer services were very helpful and were able to confirm that delivery had infact taken place that morning (the website gave no indication that the order had been despatched and it was only by luck there was someone to take receipt of the delivery). |

The Jack in the Box price (including delivery) was agreeably 25% less than Comet and 17% less than Curry's. Neither Comet or Curry's had stock available for immediate delivery/collection. Curry's had the product incorrectly labelled/priced and were vague about availability. Overall, Jack in the Box Electrical could not have been better. |

the jack in the box website to recieving my sony 32" television a few days later.
Other sites were slightly cheeper on the product but at £9.99 JIB beet all the others hands down on delivery. Other sites wanted up to £49 for special delivery and thats why the product was cheeper.The customer services were
excellent and the courier driver was polite and friendley and carried the tv
into the hall way. Excellent service all round all businesses should be run like this. thanks a lot |

I placed the order on-line on Sunday and was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call at work first thing on Monday morning to arrange a delivery date. The tv then arrived the following day as promised - and in perfect condition.
This is probably the best service I've received on-line and is how internet shopping should be. First class - thank you. |

Quick follow up with telephone confirmation of delivery within a very short period and their chosen carrier provided that early delivery. A nice touch is that credit card was not debitted until they have confirmed a delivery date with you and the item has been processed for despatch. |

Goods arrived in perfect external and internal condition on the morning of the day promised; handover at the door was uncomplicated and the LCD TV met or exceeded my expectations in all respects.
