They also quickly sort out any problems. Sadly the couriers messed up the delivery but I would have absolutely no hesitation in using or recommending this Company for anything. However, would have preferred to know at time of ordering when it was likely to arrive. Also with a physicallly disabled husband i would have preferred it if the old TV had been taken away for recycling as i now have to rely on neighbours to help me take it to the recycling depot and it is causing a hazard for the wheelchair through restricting space. |

| Overall rating | | | Comments | When I made the call to 123, A very helpful and uncomplicated lady took the call, She was polite and mannerly throughout. I did not have the exact model reference number to hand at the time when I called but the lady was patient and helpful with regards to qualifying the exact model number for the Panasonic blueray player I required. Whilst on the phone, She (the lady) qualified that the item was in stock, she took my card details and then processed the payment through the system. I was then informed that I would receive a confirmation email around 4pm that day to qualify the order had been processed and dispatched. Upon getting home that evening, I checked my emails and to my pleasant surprise found the confirmation email as promised, what did surprise me even more was the accuracy of the quoted time, indeed the email was sent at 3:58pm. Its that kind of accuracy that makes me feel secure in the knowledge that my order and money were in good hands. I shared the news of my experience with several friends who have now also added 123 to their favourites.
The item was ordered and delivered free of charge on a next day basis, this I found to be exceptional behaviour thus guaranteeing a return to 123 for my next electrical/white goods needs. | Overall rating | | | Comments | Whilst my purchase went very smoothly and I have no complaints, it did occur to me that it hadn't been clear whether the item was in stock when I placed the order, and I didn't notice any requested delivery preferences regards dates and times (only speed). This may be incorrect but the process was completed before I chose to check! In my case, it all worked well - for which many thanks - but I didn't feel in charge of the transaction.

| Overall rating | | | Comments | It is difficult to envisage how the process of making a purchase online could possibly be improved upon. To avoid repeating what the previous customers have written, I will just say that I had the same apprehensions about buying such an expensive item this way, was equally reassured by all the positive comments of others, and was completely satisfied with the performance of the retailer, their carrier, and the condition and quality of the goods supplied. I live at least 400 miles from the location of 123electricals4me, and yet the television was delivered in less than 23 hours from ordering. Whenever I next require a significant electrical/electronics item, I will definitely check their stock before any other retailer, and provided the price is right, would be very happy to buy from them again. They really do put the High Street multiples into the shade. |

| Overall rating | | | Comments | I placed my order on-line, but because I had to squeeze my address into the boxes allowed it did not come out the same as my bank had it recorded, and I had to wait to speak to someone at 123Electicals4me the following morning. However, they called first thing, and were very helpful and had it sorted in a few minutes.
VERY UNSATISFACTORY delivery from Interlink, however! I was told it would be made between 8am and 3pm on the Friday. I could see from the on-line tracker that it had been loaded onto the van at 9:28am, but it had not arrived by 3pm. I made 5 calls in total, two of which failed to automatically connect me to an operator after I had "typed in" the delivery code. They said they could not contact the driver, and eventually the supervisor called me at around 5pm to say the driver had brought my package back to the depot. He was very sorry and said the best he could do was get it to me by 9am the next morning. When he delivered it on the Saturday, the delivery man said the problem was probably due to the fact that the original delivery van had not wanted to spend time finding a house name in a long street (we do not have a house number) - but his own SatNav had brought him right to our door. Apart from whatever caused the original driver to not deliver the package, I felt it was really bad that they could not tell me what was going on between 3-5pm on the Friday.
123Electricals4me give me the impression they try very hard to get things right, so I hope they give their delivery people a good kicking over this and save it happening to other people in the future. |

I decided to take a chance, after reading the good feedback on Pricerunner, and ordered it from you on 7th May 2008 at about 12.30am. You telephoned me shortly after 9 o'clock and offered to deliver it the next day. It was delivered at noon on 8th May, as promised, in perfect condition and I am absolutely delighted with it. I am so pleased that I 'took a chance' by ordering it from you and I will be recommending you to my friends. Great price and great service. |

| Overall rating | | | Comments | I have to admit that I was rather apprehensive in placing what I consider a large order on the internet. My old TV had packed in so I thought I'd make the transition to the new HD ready models. Looking around I came across 123Electricals 2me.
There are other retailers who sell at a similar price for the product I wanted, but the store reviews were (slightly) mixed. 123Electricals 2me had positive reviews throughout which influenced my decision to use them.
The ordering process was easy and the usual information required is typed in. Plus the transaction felt very secure. One of the few sites I've used that uses 'Verified by Visa' to verify it is your credit card in placing an order.
You know all those personal details you have to fill in when placing an order with a website seem to go unused. Well, I received a call (probably less than 10 minutes) after placed my order confirming my order. I don't know how long it was for other customers but I'm impressed. It gives it that personal touch which is often lacking when dealing with the big online retailers. I was told I would receive an email containing details about tracking and the date of delivery. Email was to be received 'tomorrow' and delivery 'the day after'. Sure enough, it all went as I was told.
Simply put, they did all the simple things correctly and efficiently. I have to admit that I don't know why I felt apprehensive in the first place. I would certainly recommend. Whether I use again would depend on the purchase that I need to make, and that would depend on something breaking down. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again though. Highly recommended. |

I chose you because you were among the cheapest and had a better customer satisfaction rating than those who came up cheaper on comparison websites.
