| Overall rating | | | Comments | The only criticisms I would have is that when making the purchase at the end of the order you were not sure if the order had been concluded or not, i.e it did not give you an order number or a telephone number to call to follow through if necessary. Only when I received an email from you did I know that the order was complete. it does not even say END/Finished/Order completed. It was very confusing. |

| Overall rating | | | Comments | Very easy to use website. I ordered Saturday morning and picked Monday delivery slot that was shown as available. An invoice was emailed along with notification that TV would be delivered Tuesday as I had missed next working day delivery cut-off. Fair enough. TV duly arrived about 3pm on the Tuesday. The TV had a scratch on which we can live with,BUT TV was delivered with European two pin plug power lead not UK three pin plug. I was a bit fed up having to pay to ring an 0870 number but all credit to the very helpful lady at Beyond Television who answered the phone promptly, apologised and promised to try to send the correct power lead out that night. We received the cable via first class post next morning and TV fine. |

I am very much impressed by online purchase through Beyond Television. I was really in need of a Handycam within a Friday and i came to know Beyond Television have the product. I made the purchase on Wednesday, thinking i will get in hand on Friday. But as surprise, i received the delivery on next day Thursday morning 10:30. I can't believe this in reality. Very much impressed on product too, postage is free with rapid delivery, product price when compared to other stores is cheap. I will Surely Recommend to anyone to make a purchase here.
Some suggestions: Delivery could be made availabe to alternative (office address),

Price was good, the Samsung TV was a new model and was available, Website straightforward with no 'surprises',
Delivery included and I particularly liked the ability to select the day of delivery.
Television arrived promptly at 08:30 on the day of delivery and everything was correct.

Then a few days later I was told the product was not in stock but were awaiting an order and they would let me know when it was coming in. Not hearing anything from them a week later we phoned them to be told it was no longer available. They took our money straight away and did not let us know they could not get the product. I think their service is absolutely disgusting and will not be using them again. |
