I ordered a LCD television on Monday, my first time on line and I was very worried,received a phone call from sales who reassured me that every thing was fine. The TV was delivered on Wednesday, but when unpacked was damaged. I contacted Multizone-AV and they arranged to collect the TV that afternoon and a replacement TV would be delivered on Friday. True to their word the new set arrived Friday and is perfect. The service they provide is excellent, plus dilivery was free so this made the product a very competitive price, cheaper than any other dealer I found. I would certainly use them again.
I sourced this retailer via the Pricerunner site and called them to order my Panasonic Surround Sound for my new TV. I ordered it on the 23rd September and was told it would take between 5-7 days. The gentleman I spoke to at their offices was very helpful and courteous and certainly knew all about the product. Today at 6.55am, 2 days later, the item arrived by courier. Fantastic Service. Would recommend and would have no hesitation in buying from the again.
contacted multizone on thursday sony lcd kdl403000 in stock. told me they could deliver next day which would have been great but i would have been at work. suggested monday the following week, how fast is that. staff were not pushy offered extended warrenty i politley refused (no problem). tv arrived on monday (new, boxed and untouched by human hand). had to wait till saturday to install. tv a dream, no dead pixels. would recommend multizone for service, product and price (best price i found for this tv)
They offer an excellent price, good range of products, useful information and an easy ordering process. So far so good. Unfortunately when there were delivery problems caused by City Link, their delivery partner, they washed their hands of the problem - effectively saying "once you pay, it's not our problem mate". Their customer service staff - multiple people, on multiple occasions - were obstructive, arrogant and rude. It has been a very frustrating process. I still don't have the TV 2 weeks after ordering it and have paid express delivery costs twice. The shop should have offered a goodwill price reduction, instead they have outright refused this. I'll never shop with them again and I'm normally a very patient and forgiving shopper.
This was my first internet purchase of a TV and after reading many a bad review for many different online retailers I was naturally abit nervous about doing it! But the price was too good to ignore (£130 cheaper than high street!) so I went for it! My mind has been put to rest as this retailer was extremely efficient, polite and delivered the goods within 2 days of ordering. This should be an objective review but I can honestly say I didnt experience any problems at all!!! Many Thanks.
