Very good prices and products, but not delivered in time stated, and I got no replies to emails asking about delivery time. I had to phone them to find out when I could expect delivery. When told it was available for delivery, the item was delivered promptly as promised. Overall, I am happy.

The product apparently was not in stock for over a week, though to entice me the pricerunner link claimed there was stock!! Then the retailer fobbed me off with a basic scart cable when EVERYTHING is nowadays is going towards HDMI and I specifically requested the HDMI bonus cable!! Sent emails enquiring about the cable - was ignored. Hope that the Panasonic lcd does not give me any problems in the warranty period as I doubt if these people understand customer service.

I truly could not beleive how cheap, how quick the items came, with within 48 hours i had my new 42inch panasonic tv on the stand with a saving off £300, so very pleased thankyou very much.

It was a pleasure having done business as everything went perfect.I ordered it on the Wedneday at 6am and it arrived next day at 9am.That is excellent service.Admitting I paid for this service, but it was worth it.
