John was extremely helpful and so responsive, especially since we were moving to India and needed to get things ordered pretty quickly and sent to our shippers. To qualify for the Panasonic 5 Year Warranty Offer I needed to visit the store and have a demonstration, a phone call quickly confirmed this. The price was the same as the internet, unlike some other dealers I telephoned who added anything up to £130 on top of the internet price for the Panasonic 5 year warranty, even though the cost to them was nothing! For peace of mind I paid slightly extra for a palletised delivery (which I consider essential for a plasma screen) that arrived on the day requested, with a telphone call a couple of hours before delivery. Altogether an excellent all round and professional service. Do you recommend this retailer? Yes
