Not forward thinking regarding delivery. ie I work for a living as they do so they should clear payment and then deliver to any address requested. Free Delivery should apply to multiple orders, so I just ordered twice.

Item arrived within 48 hours but I find the phone call to try and persuade you that IF you pay for postage they can get it to you even quicker one sales tactic which could be done without

Firstly the friendliness of the man that was dealing with my order. I already knew exactly what I wanted and he confirmed that it was a good choice. When buyin on line this is very important. It was a good experience, good price and a great tv.

Very good product range at very reasonable prices. I would definitely use again but next time I’d make use of the better delivery option as City Link seemed to be quite slow. Overall a very good business to deal with for online electrical purchases.

Told delivery 4-5 days with no idea of day/time, opted for nextday @ £10 xtra. Sales delivery slip that arrived with item was dated 05/04/08 with delivery sheduled for 07/08/08 which to means you did know when it was being delivered. If I had been told this I could have saved £10. Regards norman
