A telephone query prior to placing order met with a courteous, friendly response and accurate information. Following Tribal Sales' instructions, delay of delivery until I returned from holiday was arranged with one email. I was kept well informed regarding delay arrangements and delivery, and my order arrived as promised and in good order. I will have no hesitation in purchasing from Tribal in the future.

Having tried unsuccessfully to contact the manufacturer, I tried them as I had bought the product from them.
They couldn't do anything in my case but still gave contact numbers and very helpful suggestions to resolve the problem.
