Total Digital - Information

I struggle to put into words just how appallingly I have been treated by this company. They are either LIARS or INCOMPETENT - probably a mixture of both. Make your own mind up if you want to deal with these crooks but my advice would be to avoid them like the plague.

they missed 3 delivery times. and provided an assortment of lies and excuses for this.

I recintly bought a Panasonic DMR EZ47V DVD-VCR on the 14/11/09. On Total Digitals website it said it was new with 12 months warranty. I was a little confused as this model has been superceeded by the 48V so I telephoned them and yes it was brand new with 12 months warranty. Total Digital said that if I paid for it then I would receive it by the following Tuesday which I did all parceled up in a original Panasonic box. everything was brand new and the 12 months warranty. what more could I ask for. brilliant is the word that comes to mind. I will defintliy order my other stuff from Total Digital in the future. and as the Pany 48V has had some bad reports I am glad that I could get maybe one of the last new DVD-VCR from Panasonic and Total Digital. I highly Recommended Total Digital to anyone looking for digital items you will not be disappointed I wasn`t. 10 out of Ten.
