Dixons - Information

no problems at all,came on time also the delivery driver carried the tv to where i wanted,he was pleasant and freindly.i would buy from dixons again.

Dear sir/madam,
I ordered a Samsung RSA1WTMH fridge/freezer.
I had no confirmation of the order by email or phone until a the credit agreement arrived to be signed.
Then I heard nothing until the product arrived.
I am not happy because we were given no notice of delivery, and therefore no chance to empty our fridge and freezer which we have paid to be scrapped.

The Delivery Team telephone at 2.00 p.m. to indicate they were some 30 minutes away. In fact they did not arrive until 3.30 p.m. This was somewhat frustrating as I'd be at home all day waiting for the delivery - and was anxious to shop some food for the evening meal.

Excellent all-round service from buying online to delivery (which was actually earlier than the time allocated online).Very pleased and would definitely use Dixons again.

Good prices good delivery what more do you need, exactly what i expect from a well known retailer will use again.
