Credit card was debited before goods where in stock, slow delivery upto 10 days, I cancelled my order because of this,tried to charge me a 4% fee to cancel my order, I eventually received a full refund.

I found it easy to follow the instruction how to order on line, if I can do it anybody can. I phoned in with a small query which I didn't understand and found the person very polite and helpful. This is the first time I have ordered anything big on line and was very impressed. Thank-you
