Stock availability would be useful. A delivery day and time would be helpful if shown at the time of ordering instead of a phone call. Also a time window e.g. before or after 1pm would be helpful. I had to wait in all day for the delivery which did not arrive until 6.20pm. Most infuriating.

Immediatly after the order and payment was accepted, I was told by e-mail that the item was out of stock, and my order had been cancelled. A massive dissappointment which should have been avoided.
