Comments

Heather in Customer Services was great, not so one of her colleagues who failed to provide information or pass on messages. E-mail helped out here. Everything went smoothly, although I was asked if I wanted to pay additional £10 for early delivery which I declined and it arrived on 'early delivery' date anyway.

Only gripe that by time I received TV price had reduced by £12 - story of my life!
