I ordered a new LCD TV from 1st Audiovisual. The allocated TV failed their quality control. so delivery was cancelled. I had to wait two weeks before I received my TV. The set that they sent was reconditioned. My repeated email requests for an explanation were ignored. I triggered the returns procedure and threaten to inform trading standards. this got a response. The phone call and explanation was acceptable and following collection I was promised a brand new replacement. I waited another couple of days to be told that the set was out of stock and they wouldnt be receiving any more. It took over a month from the initial purchase till my refund was back in my account. Never again!

Received my plasma TV on 18th February despite UPS' online tracking showing
that delivery had been rescheduled for 19th.
Cannot fault 1staudiovisual for their high standard of service. It was good
to know how my order was progressing by the update e-mails.
Definitely use this service again and will be the first site I visit in the
future for any electrical goods.
