Laskys - Information

Buying from Laskys was a very good expereince. The web site was well presented and finding the product I wanted was easy. The only criticism is that I didn't realise there was an accessory that I required for my purchase to function that was not automatically supplied. Possibly my fault for lack of research. However other sites i have used have automatically highlighted possible items. Delivery was excellent. On the whole, a very satisfactory experience.

The whole purchasING experience has been very smooth and delivery was exactly as stated. I rate this site as one of the most competitive and best sites from which to purchases electrical goods

Ease of use of your web site was great. Order tracked from point of order to delivery. Well done no complaints at all and will use your services again.

Process worked well chosing delivery before order was good. Driver rang ahed to confirm we were in. Price was fair and the website worked properly. Could not find any fault with hte system. Would have used price match as othere were £10 cheaper on the day but wanted to sort it out there and then and delivery was when wanted.

delivery was a problem couldnt tell me am or pm then I phoned at 1pm to see where it was + was told it was on the lorry + could be up to 6pm before I received it also I would bet a phoe call 30/60 mins before they arrived got 10mins + was out at the time had to rush back they phoned me again 10mins later I had already told them I would be there in 15min eventually took delivery at 3.55 pm
