Warehouse Express - Information

I have made many purchases from warehouse express and will do in the future. Unfortunately on this occasion parcel force misdirected my package and therefore did not arrive on the agreed date. I was also not able to obtain any updated information through the tracking system in place by parcel force. I do not however hold warehouse express responsible for delivery.

The only item that I was dissatisfied with was the fact that I had to provide proof of address - whilst I understand the background and why this is done I was not pre warned that I would be requested for this - I think this should be a disclaimer as in this virtual day and age you do not always have utility bills with addresses.

No problems at all. My order was correct and satisfactorily and quickly delivered
