Generally I haven't had a problem with Dell in the Past, However try to get an confirm order date for the Tom Tom has been a nightmare. Still wait after a month and the delivery date still going backwards.

I will NEVER use DELL again.
Despite stating the goods were In-Stock they extended the delivery twice because the supplier did not provide the goods. So in truth the goods were NOT In-Stock. As I write this review the web site still states the goods are In-Stock.
I cancelled the order but have yet to receive confirmation of the cancellation, in fact they refused to send me an e-mail confirming cancellation because they didn't have access to e-mail.
So, in the 21st Century (2009) someone working for DELL doesn't have access to e-mail.................I THINK NOT !!!!
This is simply a disgraceful way to do business.
